May 14, 2016
I signed up for CELCOM broadband in June 2015 in order to do some emailing, but there was no signal for several days. Since it was useless, I threw the D-link pendrive away and assumed that CELCOM would disconnect the service in July if I didn't continue to pay. I did not receive any notifications/billing from July until December. Then I received a notification in January 2016, asking for RM 309.
I went to Bluecube five times to request a partial exemption, but in vain; I decided to pay the RM 309 today because I received a lawyer's letter from CELCOM.
I felt cheated!
